These terms explain how buying from VoltaPulse Auto works. We've tried to keep them short and in plain language.
1. About us
VoltaPulse Auto ("we", "us") runs the online store at voltapulseauto.com. We're based in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at bantsi14@gmail.com or 3941 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough ON M1G 1R9, Canada.
2. Using this site
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. To place an order, you must be the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Products and descriptions
We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours can look a little different on different screens. Specifications such as maximum pressure (150 PSI) are the manufacturer's rated specs. How long it takes to inflate something depends on things like tire size, starting pressure, temperature and battery charge.
4. Prices and orders
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay, and you can review and correct your order before you place it. After you order, we'll email you a confirmation with your order details. Prices can change, but a change won't affect an order you've already placed.
If there's an obvious mistake in a price or listing, or we can't fill an order (for example, the item is out of stock or the order looks fraudulent), we may cancel the order. If we do, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
6. Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and our 90-day warranty are explained in our Refund Policy.
7. Using the inflator safely
- Read the user manual before first use.
- Always inflate to the pressure recommended by your vehicle or item maker. For cars, it's usually on a sticker inside the driver's door. Never go above the maximum pressure printed on the tire or item.
- Don't leave the inflator running unattended, and let it cool down between long uses.
- Keep it dry and out of reach of children.
- Charge it with a suitable USB-C charger, and don't charge or use it if it looks damaged.
- The inflator adds air. It doesn't repair punctures or damaged tires. If a tire keeps losing air, have it checked by a professional.
8. Our responsibility
We stand behind our products as explained in our Refund Policy and warranty. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses (such as lost time or income), or for damage caused by misuse, by not following the user manual, or by using the product for something it isn't designed for. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under consumer protection law, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, or any responsibility we have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
9. Reviews
You're welcome to share honest reviews, good or bad. If you submit a review, photo or video to our store, you allow us to show it on our website and social media. We won't edit a review in a way that changes its meaning.
10. Our content
The VoltaPulse name, logo, text, photos and videos on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking us first.
11. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Which laws apply
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live in another province or territory, you keep any protections your local consumer laws give you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after that date.
